The first step is a joint definition of the project and an assessment of the complexity of raw materials, recipes and finished goods based on customer requirements.
Analyzing the existing recipe structures by looking at specific data automatically results in a transfer to modular concepts. Carrying out consolidation steps for raw materials reveals areas of overlap and leads to the logical development of semi-finished products.
Testing of raw material alternatives
In our application technology laboratory, we offer testing of raw materials and formulations with broad expertise, regardless of whether it is a matter of determining film properties or testing liquid properties.
Production transfer to the technical center can be carried out using in-line dispersing units, basket mills and/or high-performance bead mills.
This means that theory can be put directly into practice in the laboratory or directly at our customers'.
